Important Understandings
If we work together we will be entering a therapeutic relationship. We will be practicing secure attachment, sometimes that entails uncomfortable conversations and somethings that entails lots of laughter. We will address feelings, thoughts, urges and attachment ruptures directly.
This is pivotal to our work together. If this feels like it might be unhelpful to you or you are wary of this approach please explore with me in consultation.
Our Work
Together we will explore and strengthen resources and skills already present to shift the language of our experience for useful growth.
Clients who seem to work well with me are ones that are motivated to make changes and who are comfortable with awareness of self and creating new patterns. i seek to support people heal their relationship with themselves and others, so that they can show up in the world more authentically aligned with their values.
We will work through the Enneagram and how that impacts motivation, needs and strengths.
I am so eager to begin new journeys with others, exploring attachment ruptures, difficulties embracing authenticity and processing uncomfortable emotions.

In my personal time I enjoy playing with my dog, tending to my relationships, being outdoors, reading poetry, journaling, and thinking deeply about the mysteries of life.

Therapy is a chance for us to explore the inner workings of our minds, beliefs, and practices in order to live more holistic, fulfilling lives. Many of us have never been able to explore or process difficult emotions, nor approach relationships with authenticity, vulnerability, and compassion. All too often, we are asked to sacrifice our needs; take up less space; or make room for others. Here, your existence is not up for debate. You don’t have to compromise.

I am passionate about helping individuals and couples reconnect, grow, and improve their relationships. With over a decade of experience in mental health and social services, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients in diverse settings, including hospitals, residential programs, and outpatient services. My approach combines real talk with real strategies to guide clients toward meaningful and lasting change. I specialize in working with men and first responders who feel unheard, unseen, or unsure of how to meet their partner’s expectations. These men often face challenges such as anger, anxiety, communication breakdowns and difficulty connecting with those most important in their lives. Together, we tackle those barriers, working to develop emotional availability, leadership within relationships, and healthier ways to connect with loved ones.
“Connection is the foundation of growth—and the work we do together will focus on building the skills to reconnect, lead, and thrive.”
